The company has launched the FlashXpress Indoor Pizza Oven Plus, a high-heat appliance designed to bridge the gap between specialized outdoor pizza equipment and the everyday convenience of a standard countertop toaster oven.

The NB-G300 model reaches internal temperatures of 755°F by utilizing a dual-heating system that pairs an upper carbon infrared heater with a lower stainless-steel element. This configuration is intended to mimic the intense heat of professional ovens, allowing users to cook 12-inch Neapolitan, New York-style, or deep-dish pizzas with the crispy textures typically reserved for professional kitchens.

Beyond its primary function, the unit serves as a multi-purpose tool for modern households. It features six distinct cooking modes—Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Grill, and Roast—supported by a high-speed convection fan. Panasonic includes a cast iron grill pan for indoor searing, aiming to replicate steakhouse-style results. The appliance is finished in a sleek black aesthetic with silver accents and features a 20-liter PFAS-free enamel interior for easier maintenance. The unit is currently available through Panasonic’s website and Amazon, retailing at an MSRP of $449.99.
