Students will work directly with local EMS agencies and hospitals to refine their patient assessment and critical decision-making skills.

Classes for the inaugural cohort are set to begin September 28, 2026. Admission is restricted to candidates who already hold a current EMT certification and meet specific health and background screening standards. By formalizing this pipeline, Unitek aims to equip graduates for immediate entry into modern emergency systems, helping to alleviate the persistent shortage of qualified paramedics currently straining healthcare infrastructure across the United States.
