The platform functions as a centralized hub, housing video-linked shot maps, shift tracking, and detailed player cards. By combining LiveBarn’s extensive streaming infrastructure with Sportlogiq’s computer vision technology, the system allows parents to isolate specific game highlights while providing coaches with actionable post-game reports. This initiative builds on a 2023 collaboration that initially introduced individual player breakdowns to the amateur circuit.
"We designed this for the entire youth hockey ecosystem, from families who want to relive a great shift to elite teams using data to drive development," said LiveBarn CEO Ray Giroux. The tools aim to streamline coaching workflows by replacing manual review with automated, collaborative playlists. Mitchell Wasserman, senior consultant at Teamworks, noted that the platform brings professional-level understanding to every level of the sport, democratizing access to the same metrics used by global leagues.
LiveBarn Analytics is currently rolling out across North America for teams operating within LiveBarn-equipped venues. Subscription options include Core and Elite tiers, allowing organizations to scale the depth of their reporting based on specific developmental needs and technical requirements.
