Outmarket AI Unveils Data Platform for Insurance Agencies

Insurance brokerages often struggle to aggregate fragmented data from management systems and unstructured documents. San Francisco-based Outmarket AI launched its Data Intelligence Platform today, aiming to unify these disparate sources into a governed, conversational interface that allows agency leaders to query their business performance using plain English.

Traditional insurance reporting relies on manual processes and disjointed tools to track KPIs, often resulting in backward-looking data. Outmarket AI’s new platform integrates directly with existing management systems to provide a real-time view of revenue opportunities and operational efficiency. By combining structured data with document intelligence, the system allows users to generate custom dashboards and perform root-cause analysis without technical intervention.

Caleb Guisewite of Houchens Insurance Group noted that the platform provides visibility into previously opaque metrics, such as commission tracking. The architecture employs a deterministic approach to data quality, ensuring that queries return consistent results across an organization. To maintain security, Outmarket utilizes a single-tenant model, where each agency operates within its own siloed AWS instance, preventing data pooling between clients.

Beyond basic reporting, the system tracks user activity and service effort, enabling agencies to optimize staffing and account profitability. The platform also identifies specific growth levers, such as highlighting carrier commission differentials or cross-sell targets. By automating the reconciliation process, the tool aims to replace manual spreadsheet workflows with a centralized, governed source of truth.
