Dick Simon, president and owner of URA, noted that finding a partner capable of sustaining the high level of service his clients expect was the primary objective of the sale. Backed by the Tarte Family Office, Genergy continues its strategy of growth through technology investment and targeted acquisitions. By centralizing services—ranging from sub-metering design to power grid identification—the company intends to move commercial property management away from fragmented, multi-vendor models toward a unified, intelligence-driven framework.
