The company acquired the shares at a weighted average price of 96.6970 SEK per unit, with the largest single-day volume occurring on August 19. This strategic move aligns with the authorization granted by the board to reduce share capital, as directors intend to propose the cancellation of the majority of these repurchased shares at the 2027 Annual General Meeting.

Following these transactions, Ericsson now holds 100,668,676 Class B shares in its treasury. The total outstanding share count currently stands at 3,371,351,735, comprising both Class A and Class B issues. The program remains compliant with the European Union’s Market Abuse Regulation and the Safe Harbour framework, ensuring all activity is conducted under strict regulatory oversight.
