The facility is now processing a diverse portfolio of compounds, including Sermorelin, BPC-157, and various other high-demand peptides. By focusing on pharma-grade quality rather than lower-cost research materials, Vector anticipates securing an 80% margin on its sales. The operational shift required an exhaustive validation process, spanning equipment calibration, air quality control in Class 5 cleanrooms, and the finalization of standardized production protocols.
Looking ahead, the company plans to bring the remaining three suites online by late September 2026. This expansion is designed to lift total monthly capacity to 800,000 vials. Management expects to scale production to 200,000 vials per month within the next quarter, supported by a major customer commitment of equal volume. Every batch produced undergoes independent verification by Verlytix to ensure compliance with sterility, potency, and purity standards.
