RADCOM Authorizes $20 Million Share Repurchase Program

Tel Aviv-based RADCOM is signaling confidence in its financial stability by authorizing a share repurchase program of up to $20 million. The initiative, which allows the company to buy back its ordinary shares over the next 18 months, underscores a strategy to return capital while maintaining investment in AI-native innovation.

CEO Benny Eppstein highlighted the firm’s debt-free balance sheet as the primary driver for the move, characterizing the repurchase as a compelling use of capital. The company intends to execute the program through open market or privately negotiated transactions, including potential Rule 10b5-1 plans, depending on market conditions and management discretion.

Under Israeli regulatory requirements, the program remains subject to a 30-day creditor objection period, meaning actual repurchases will not begin until that window closes. RADCOM retains the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the buyback at any time, emphasizing that the board is under no legal obligation to purchase any specific quantity of shares.
