The store offers a curated environment for collectors, featuring single cards, sealed boxes, and authenticated memorabilia from major leagues and brands like Topps, Panini, and Pokémon. Beyond retail, the location functions as an authorized grading submission center for PSA, Beckett, and SGC. A signature vault display houses game-used equipment, including jerseys and helmets, to anchor the immersive experience.
This expansion follows a successful partnership between CardVault and The Cordish Companies at St. Louis’s Ballpark Village. Ed Kane, co-founder of CardVault, identified Kansas City as a strategic market due to its passionate fan base for the Chiefs, Royals, Sporting Kansas City, and the Current. The site is scheduled for a grand opening on June 20, 2026, with an appearance by Tom Brady and co-founder Chris Costa at the KC Live! stage. Following the launch, the store will maintain daily operations, hosting community-focused events such as trade nights and product launches.
