Mattis, formerly the head of network growth, will oversee infrastructure, partnerships, and brand visibility across the organization's five agencies: McKinney, Iris, Attention Arc, CYLNDR Studios, and Barbarian. His mandate centers on integrating the specific strengths of these individual shops into cohesive, client-facing solutions. CEO Joe Maglio emphasized that Mattis possesses the operational discipline required to unite the diverse agencies under a single, growth-oriented strategy.
Mehta, transitioning from his role as managing director at Barbarian, will spearhead the network’s technical evolution. His focus includes implementing generative AI and enterprise workflow automation to drive tangible business outcomes rather than pursuing purely experimental technology. According to Maglio, Mehta’s technical background is critical for navigating the current shift toward agentic workflows and complex digital transformation. The network reports a 26% year-over-year increase in net new revenue, a trend it intends to accelerate by leveraging these new leadership roles to bridge the gap between creative output and technical performance.
